Job Summary
Handle a high volume of incoming calls ensuring customer service quality, efficiency, and accuracy while resolving issues, determining needs, and closing sales. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Suburban Propane products, account processes, and billing procedures to offer appropriate services. Utilize a proactive sales approach with every interaction to uncover additional opportunities and effectively manage customer account data, including setting up new accounts. Present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry and the ability to run and analyze reports
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED preferred
