Job Summary
Handle a high volume of incoming calls ensuring customer service quality, efficiency, and accuracy by resolving issues, determining needs, offering products, and closing sales. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Suburban Propane products, billing processes, and policies while effectively managing customer account data, including setting up new accounts. Utilize a proactive sales approach with every interaction to uncover additional opportunities and present a professional image to develop trusting relationships. Minimum of three years in customer service required with solid computer skills. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry and the ability to run and analyze reports
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED preferred
