Customer Relations Specialist

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact between Pisces Healthcare Solutions, our customers, and our sales team. Through phone calls, emails, and electronic communications, you will help customers place orders, answer questions, resolve concerns, and maximize the value of the services Pisces provides. Key responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, responding to inquiries promptly and effectively, proactive outreach and relationship-building, identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products, scheduling website walkthroughs, utilizing NetSuite CRM to track interactions and manage accounts, supporting outside Sales Representatives, coordinating with vendors on order processing, tracking, follow-up, and issue resolution, staying informed on products and pricing, handling returns and vendor coordination, and contributing to process improvements and cross-department collaboration. Requirements emphasize a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience, strong communication, time-management and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and comfort with CRM systems. The role is office-based in Winchester, VA within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment supporting U.S. veterans.
