Customer Relations Representative - Service

Job Summary
Provide dedicated support for the service operations organization by assisting with fulfilling customer orders for field service, contracts, special projects, and data-driven services; timely processing of received orders, preparation of quotations, and maintenance of accurate data in SAP. Maintain KPIs and SLA tracking, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure high customer satisfaction, follow up on POs and unpaid invoices, manage FSM/SAP hours data, process parts consumption for repairs, communicate with customers to resolve issues, analyze monthly/annual trends, manage master data and safety stock levels, create reporting metrics, maintain shipment records with Logistics, and handle customer account creation and PN creation. Hybrid work arrangement between remote and on-site in Wixom or Auburn Hills, MI.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience with direct customer contact
- Experience in customer service or after-sales support
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
