Job Summary
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service while working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Obtain Other Than Life (OTL) Property and Casualty Certification prior to start. This full-time role offers a $40,000 base salary plus bonus at our Newmarket, Ontario office, where we serve as a Desjardins exclusive agent.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Other Than Life (OTL) Property and Casualty Certification
