Job Summary
Ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience by handling and resolving difficulties, particularly regarding product assembly and component exchanges. Develop strong knowledge of all items to answer enquiries positively and quickly, escalating higher issues with relevant information to a manager. Maintain a safe and secure environment for visitors and colleagues while applying appropriate manuals from Inter IKEA Systems to optimize the shopping experience. This part-time role requires flexibility in work hours depending on store operational requirements.
