Job Summary
Manage new client setup, account maintenance, document review, quotes, proposals, and project kick-offs while overseeing client relationships and mentoring team members. Confirm subcontract lab vendors, verify certifications and compound limits for new quotes, and coordinate technical support for method development. Generate and submit approved quotes, forecast work, and distribute pending lists to sales and operations. Conduct follow-up calls and visits with clients, submit complaints for corrective action, and forward opportunities to sales. Maintain client contracts, pricing, and credit limits while updating status in the LIMS system. Full-time Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5:00 PM, reporting to the Bismark, ND site. Salary range $75,000 - $90,000. Requires a BS/BA in Chemistry or equivalent experience, with proficiency in English and LIMS applications.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences
- Four years of equivalent experience may substitute for a degree
- Minimum 3 years client relationship or customer service experience
- Prefer 1+ years bench Chemistry experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
- Rapid learning of the proposal software, ex: SantSuite and SharePoint
- Position is full-time Monday - Friday, 8 AM- 5:00 PM
- Position will report to our Bismark, ND site
