Job Summary
Manage, administer, and coordinate the CRM department's operations within the Warehouse and Logistics Services to ensure transparent delivery for all customer-facing functions. Own the end-to-end delivery of key strategic reports and serve as the custodian for departmental processes and procedures. Improve sales administration functions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance the customer service offering. Requires a minimum of five years in B2B sales and marketing with an operational background in logistics or warehousing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience on a strategic level in a business to business environment
- operational background in logistics and/or warehousing
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
