Job Summary
Lead customer relations operations including onboarding, account management, invoicing oversight, reporting, and process improvement; serves as SME for customer operations and trains new employees; ensures data accuracy in NetSuite and supports ICFR controls. Oversee onboarding and test-order processing, assign accounts by structure and capacity, manage pricing administration, and deliver recurring metrics and dashboards to leadership. Foster strong customer relationships, escalate issues, and drive efficiency across Sales, Finance, and Customer Service while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in a multi-faceted customer relations position
- BA or BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations highly preferred
- High Degree of equivalent required
