Job Summary
Customer Relations Associate responsible for driving customer engagement, business adoption and long-term value creation for Payoneer’s customers. Combines customer success, account management, and sales execution to deliver business growth and excellent customer experience. Key duties include driving growth and adoption, owning customer lifecycle management, executing development strategy, delivering sales and performance targets, leading and coordinating projects, enhancing customer experience, identifying insights for improvements, and CRM/reporting management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2+ years experience in sales, customer success, or account management
- Strong understanding of sales planning, customer engagement, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to market trends and customer needs
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, fintech, or payments industry is a plus
