Customer Relations Associate - Full Time

Greet and assist customers, handle merchandise with care, process returns and exchanges, sell hunting and fishing licenses, and promote programs including CLUB Membership and in-store pickup. Maintain knowledge of products, ensure a clean and stocked work area, check in vendor representatives, manage visitor logs and badges, and provide a legendary customer experience by understanding customer needs and making informed recommendations. Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a world-class shopping environment.
