Job Summary
Customer Relations Specialist responsibilities include verifying order information, correcting discrepancies, and processing documentation for cash balances, deliveries, and sales orders in line with corporate guidelines. You will provide customer service support by handling phone and counter inquiries, processing payments and financing paperwork, and communicating with internal and external staff in a professional, timely manner. You will maintain accurate files, perform clerical tasks for store staff as needed, and contribute to a positive customer experience throughout purchases and services.
Required Qualifications
