Customer Quality Engineer

Job Summary
Be the contact person for customer quality issues and requirements. Build and uphold relationship with key persons of each customer. Conduct analytical techniques to dissect customer data, analyze defects, verify if it’s application issue or real quality complaint. Proactively communicate and address customer complaints and feedback effectively, showcasing your agility in swiftly resolving issues with 8D methodology to maintain and elevate customer satisfaction. Regular visit customers, closely work with Account Manager to obtain customer needs and valuable feedback, pinpoint opportunities for improvement. Deliver improvement opportunities to manufacturing sites. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, contributing your insights to the development and execution of comprehensive quality improvement plans. Manage product quality and quality management system of Pyralux® contact manufacturers in China. Collaborate with technical and manufacturing team to drive quality improvement of contact manufacturers in China. Support E&I quality team to conduct quality audit for contact manufacturers and raw material suppliers in China.
Required Qualifications
- MS or BS in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering related background
- 2+ years experienced in CE industry is better
- Skill at 8D, 5-whys, FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, CAPA
- Applied knowledge and experience working with ISO 9001:2015
- Demonstrated strong networking, interpersonal skills and professionalism to deal with clients and business representatives
- Positive attitude
- Good learning ability
- Good communication skill with cross functions and English communication capability
- Good English communication capability
