Job Summary
Respond to customer complaints, validate issues, and provide containment action plans within one working day. Conduct immediate site visits when required and collaborate with process engineers to develop and present 8D reports within five working days. Track complaint details in Lynx, analyze quality trends, and propose improvement recommendations. Participate in quarterly business reviews, notify customers of major product and process changes, and address internal audit findings. Authorize production line stops to rectify quality issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years of related experiences in a manufacturing environment
- Engineering background, preferably with a degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- Diploma in engineering with a minimum of 3 years working experiences
- Sound knowledge of SPC application
- experience in conducting quality audits
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in implementing ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949
- Experience in TQM implementation
- Knowledge of stamping, molding and plating process
- Trained in Six Sigma Black Belt
