Job Summary

Customer Quality Engineer at Eaton Sincan: lead customer quality and warranty activities, manage complaints through CIM, drive root-cause analyses (8D, RCA, FMEA), coordinate cross-functional teams for rapid issue resolution, monitor KPIs (PPM, DPU, RCCA closure, warranty performance), oversee end-to-end warranty processes and field service coordination, ensure traceability and compliance with automotive/customer requirements, and contribute to continuous product and process improvements; requires strong analytical, diplomatic customer communication, and experience with quality tools and systems; English and Turkish fluency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Experience: minimum 5+ years in quality engineering, customer quality, warranty, field quality, or related functions
  • Strong technical understanding of medium-voltage (MV) switchgear, electrical panels, protection components, and power distribution systems
  • Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, RCA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA)
  • Exposure to warranty processes including root cause identification, repair analysis, and cost of poor quality (CONC) monitoring
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IEC 62271-200 standards; audit experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Turkish is required
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, tolerance analysis, and measurement data
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and project coordination ability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Customer-focused with proactive problem prevention
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Poka-Yoke/zero-defect mindset
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • EQMS familiarity
  • Troubleshooting/warranty data analysis
