Customer Quality Assurance Inspector

The Quality Assurance Inspector inspects loads for debris and ensures materials are free of contaminants, prevents hazardous materials (e.g., propane or gasoline tanks) from entering processing, and determines deductions from loads as needed. The role directs all site truck traffic, maintains safety and quality standards, and uses modern communication tools to interact with diverse individuals. It is an outdoor, field-based position that may involve working near moving mechanical parts, variable weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail, safety-mindedness, multitasking in a fast-paced environment (including evenings and weekends), teamwork, and good communication/customer service skills are required. Basic computer proficiency is also expected.
