Job Summary
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of customer-facing projects and programs across Cisco technologies, from initiation through planning, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with customer business goals and Cisco's strategic objectives. Responsible for project-level budget execution, governance, invoicing, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with delivery standards; coordinate with vendor management to source bids and create SOWs and T&Cs; collaborate with SDMs and CXMs, applying PMI and Agile methodologies; utilize AI and automation tools to streamline planning, reporting, risk detection, and closeout, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing across teams and engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors + 2 years of related experience
- Masters + 0 years of related experience
- 6 years of related experience
- PM CAPM expected
