Customer Program Manager

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Cisco CX services projects for a leading Service Provider in Australia, overseeing planning, execution, and governance across cross-functional teams and external partners. Drive on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery, manage project financials and profitability, identify risks and issues, lead change management efforts, coordinate with internal delivery teams, partners, and the customer, and communicate program value to stakeholders. Operates within a carrier-grade environment with regulatory obligations, using Cisco's Global PMO methodology to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder alignment. Roles include maintaining detailed plans, managing scope and changes, directing CX/project engineers, vendors, and subcontractors, and producing forecasts and periodical reports. On-site presence in Sydney with hybrid work arrangement as required by the account and regular interactions with customer leadership and Cisco delivery leaders.
