Job Summary
Customer Program Management Specialist responsible for day-to-day management of customer accounts to ensure on-time product deliveries and programs on schedule; supports profitability forecasting, planning, and monitoring; participates in pricing/bid preparation and develops/manage contract terms; monitors customer satisfaction and conducts formal feedback via surveys and issue resolution; coordinates program-tracking meetings with customers and internal teams to maintain up-to-date progress; delivers performance reporting for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews; collaborates with cost engineering, finance and SCM to analyze costs and price variances; requires in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, pricing, contracts, and risk management, plus strong customer-facing communication, negotiation, problem-resolution, and multi-project management skills; typical experience three to six years; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
