Customer Program Management Specialist

Act as the primary liaison between customers and the production team to ensure orders are processed accurately and production stays on schedule. Responsibilities include monitoring orders from entry to delivery, managing Excess and Obsolete materials, troubleshooting EDI transmissions and production delays, preparing performance metrics (OTD, forecasting accuracy, yield), leading production meetings to relay customer requirements, and assisting with project billing and quotes for new products or services. Requires a degree and a minimum of 6 years in manufacturing, supply chain, or account management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access for data analysis, strong data-management skills, familiarity with EDI, and contract literacy for interpreting customer terms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for interfacing with internal teams and high-level customers.
