Job Summary
Serve as a front-line point of contact for advisors, clients, and relationship partners to handle service issues, research questions, process service requests, and resolve routine transactions over the phone. Escalate complex issues to service partners, document interactions, and provide accurate information on company policies, products, and systems while delivering timely, high-quality customer service in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–1 year of relevant experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to clearly explain policies and concepts in simple terms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including identifying and resolving root causes
