Job Summary
Customer Production Support Engineer role focusing on service-related support including system installation, preventive maintenance, complex troubleshooting and repair break-fix; appraising production impacts, developing test programs, and reducing downtime; training customers and coordinating with cross-functional teams; acting as liaison between factory and customer; mentoring engineers and owning problem resolution; travel within and outside India as required; onsite support at the customer site with a focus on high-utilization of customer test cells and efficient problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years’ test/product engineering experience in IC component testing preferred
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and your native language
- Willing to travel within and out of the country
- Knowledge of ‘C’ or Visual Basic programming and Windows. Handler and prober interface experience
