Job Summary
The Customer Pricing Manager leads the execution, governance, and performance of pricing across assigned accounts; manages Commercial and Strategic Pricing Analysts; ensures pricing strategies align with customer-specific objectives, including revenue growth, margin optimization, and risk management; provides leadership on pricing decisions, supports complex scenarios, and ensures consistency, accuracy, and compliance across pricing activities. Partners with Sales, Contracts, Finance, and Operations to drive commercially sound, customer-aligned outcomes; monitors pricing performance and risk, mentors the pricing team, and drives improvements in pricing processes and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field preferred
- Progressive experience in customer pricing, contract pricing, or commercial strategy
- Leadership or people management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of customer agreements, pricing structures, and commercial risk
- Proven ability to manage complex and non-standard customer pricing scenarios
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support commercial decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of business judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
