Customer Pricing Analyst - Hybrid Schedule

Job Summary
Establish price and portfolio discount planning while reviewing quotations and performing margin analysis on key deals. Structure complex deals to support negotiation and ensure quotes meet required margins and operational compliance. Shepherds bids through the approval process, coordinating legal review and escalating non-standard terms to management. Collaborate with sales leadership to present pricing strategies and provide business intelligence on trends, productivity, and margins. Maintain accurate records of approved deals and assist in pre-onboarding meetings to ensure accurate customer setups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years business to business experience preferably in an analytical type of role
- 2+ years of experience maintaining data, generating reports, and extracting data
- Ability to build and maintain complex computer applications and programs that perform analysis, organize data, and create reports from various sources
- Ability to capture and document reporting requirements from multiple sources
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Hybrid work schedule available once training is completed (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components
Desired Qualifications
- Petroleum Industry knowledge preferred
