Job Summary
Customer Portfolio Manager (CPM) role focused on profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts within GE Vernova’s Gas Power segment. Acts as single point of contact for designated customers across multiple locations, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, managing service obligations for fixed-price and time-and-material programs, and coordinating with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams. Requires knowledge of the region or coverage area and the product lines, with the ability to influence strategy, apply broad business judgment, assess information quality, and propose solutions beyond set parameters. Engages in cross-functional collaboration, leads programs with minimal resources, and may guide teams or projects. Bachelor's degree required (or Associate's degree with 7 years in power generation) with minimum 5 years of technical field experience in heavy-duty gas turbine/steam power. Desired Master’s degree. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, problem-solving, program leadership, and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Remote work in the United States with relocation assistance available; potential discretionary annual bonus; comprehensive benefits package; drug screen required. Location flexible within listed states; remote position with pay range $119,600 - $199,400; GEO differential considerations may apply.
