Job Summary
Provide customer support across online and retail operations, manage payments and transactions, perform KYC/verification and onboarding, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with Risk/Compliance. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via live chat, email, and phone; processing and troubleshooting payments; coordinating technical issue resolutions for customers and retail agents; supporting content management and daily operations; and assisting in betting risk management. Requires BSc degree, shifts with weekend coverage, and fluency in Greek and English; offers a hybrid workplace, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Holder of a BSc degree
- Prior relevant experience will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
