Job Summary
Leading and growing Roche’s Customer Partnering strategy in the Hemophilia area by directing and developing a team of Customer Partnering Managers, coordinating cross-functional activities with clinics and HCP networks, and driving strategic, evidence-based engagement with senior healthcare stakeholders. Responsible for identifying disease-area opportunities, mapping and visualizing networks, defining milestones, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Manages budgets and investments, aligns activities to strategic priorities, and enables effective collaboration and execution across regions to maximize impact of medical innovations. Requires proven leadership experience, deep knowledge of the German healthcare landscape, portfolio-management capabilities, a strong external-network orientation with senior stakeholders, strategic insight from market data, and fluent English along with strong digital and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Completed university degree (science, medicine or business administration) or equivalent qualification with state recognition or qualification as a pharma representative under AMG
- Valid driver's license
- Longstanding leadership experience (lateral or disciplinary)
- Deep knowledge of the German healthcare system, healthcare regulation, and hospital management
- Portfolio expertise with the entire portfolio including diagnostics and cross-portfolio initiatives
- Strong network skills with senior stakeholders (e.g., hospital leadership, chiefs)
- Strategic thinking with ability to derive fundable strategies from complex market data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high social competence and English proficiency
- Digital proficiency with IT tools (MS Office, Google Suite) and digital customer interaction tools (Zoom, Jamboard)
- Willingness to lead and develop a team in a fast-evolving market
