Customer Order Management Specialist

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end customer orders from purchase receipt through delivery and invoicing in the USMCA region. Review orders for commercial terms, eligibility, financing, and trade-ins while coordinating with sales, product management, and logistics to confirm machine configuration and delivery timing. Collect documentation, negotiate delivery dates, and maintain project folders in Smartsheet. Enter sales orders, sub-orders, and credits in SAP, calculate commissions, and complete UCC and PPSA filings. Communicate shipping updates to customers and the sales team while ensuring accurate contract review against quotes and pricing. Requires 2+ years in customer service or finance, SAP proficiency, and a bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, contracts, credit, or finance
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office 365, including Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
