Job Summary
Remote Customer & Order Management Specialist for Strategic Accounts supporting grocery and other strategic channels nationwide; manages order fulfillment, EDI transmissions, and product/configuration setup for key accounts, acts as primary internal contact for strategic account sales reps, analyzes data for key accounts, and collaborates with plant/logistics to ensure timely order processing and effective communication. Responsibilities include handling daily order release to plants, updating shipping logs, managing RTS/Will Call, and maintaining customer-facing order status across channels. Requires strong Excel/MRP/ERP order management experience, ability to handle high-volume orders, excellent communication, and self-driven problem-solving in a fully remote US-based role. Education at least a high school diploma with Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma. Associates or above is a plus.
