Customer Order Management Representative

Job Summary
Act as the single-point-of-contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the entire order life cycle from setup to shipment to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with Cummins' customers, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants; handling escalations with extensive knowledge of Cummins processes; maintaining accurate records; ensuring compliance with export policies and preparing shipping documentation; liaising between customers and aftersales/manufacturing locations for quality issues and submitting non-conformance reports; hosting customer visits, preparing standard and customized reports, and supporting policy and metrics; and leading process-improvement projects. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and proactive customer support.
