Job Summary
Customer Order Administrator responsible for entering, maintaining, and updating customer orders, forecasts, releases, and schedule changes in our ERP system; monitor and process customer transactions via EDI and portals; support production scheduling with accurate demand data; investigate order discrepancies and EDI issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions; collaborate with Operations, Production Scheduling, Accounting, and customers to resolve issues and maintain documentation; contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in order administration, customer service, operations support, or related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and customer portals
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
