Job Summary
Front-office Customer Operations Specialist handles walk-in customers, counter transactions, order readiness, COD and credit card payments, and clerical support to assist General Managers, Operations, and Sales teams with production, fulfillment, and revenue generation. Role focuses on walk-in customer service, order verification, and coordination with dispatch and operations, not a call-queue sales position. Responsibilities include processing customer pickups, verifying order readiness, resolving counter issues, assisting with RMAs and credits, daily reconciliations, cash handling support, and supporting vendor credits, restocks, and inventory clerical tasks. Required skills include strong customer service, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, basic computer proficiency, and attention to detail; preferred qualifications include counter sales/front-office experience and automotive/parts/logistics familiarity.
