Job Summary

Operationally support evolvedMD’s behavioral health integration model within active customer clinics post-launch, coordinating onboarding for new employees, conducting site visits for equipment/workspace readiness and inventory management, and serving as a liaison between internal teams and customer stakeholders. Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Managers to support Behavioral Health Managers’ workflows, identify and troubleshoot operational challenges, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall customer experience. Requires 1–2 years of coordination experience, strong communication, and a compassionate, proactive approach to supporting day-to-day clinic operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of coordination experience or equivalent training required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially communicating detailed information to multiple stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for proactive problem-solving and anticipating stakeholders’ needs
