Job Summary
Customer Operations Specialist in the Credit Support Unit based in Dublin, working on a telephony-based role to assist customers experiencing financial difficulty. You will be the first point of contact, speak with customers by phone, identify suitable solutions, and update records in line with CCMA/CPC regulations. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, empathy, integrity, and professionalism, with full training and development provided and a pathway toward qualifications such as an APA in Loans. The position operates on a shift basis and includes exposure to a range of banking products across AIB, EBS and Haven Mortgages, opening opportunities for career progression within the bank.
