Job Summary
Upload CAM patch data and associated patient information into company systems to ensure complete and accurate documentation. Organize, scan, label, and process incoming CAM products and records while entering patient documentation, symptom diaries, and complaints into designated systems. Answer inbound customer calls and emails to resolve routine inquiries, document interactions, and escalate data discrepancies according to standard operating procedures. Assist with inventory management, including the intake, storage, recycling, and disposal of cardiac monitoring devices, while lifting and transporting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using computer systems for data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems or handling inbound customer inquiries
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive patient information in compliance with company policies
- Ability to accurately process and manage high volumes of information and documentation
- Ability to lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
