Job Summary
As the Customer Operations Representative, support Sales with managing key accounts, enter loads and notes, schedule pickup/delivery with warehouses and customers, track shipments from inception to delivery, resolve shipment issues, enter data into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and prepare loads for accounting, and communicate shipment/billing issues to the Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group. Requires excellent verbal and written communication, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in sales or customer service (1 year) and a general understanding of the transportation industry are advantageous.
