Customer Operations Representative

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, analyze customer inquiries and provide timely updates, schedule pickup/delivery based on client needs, coordinate with Carrier Team to ensure bookings and tracking for on-time service, and support pricing/quoting under guidance from Account Executive. Requires collaboration, strong communication, customer service focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred; freight brokerage experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related studies preferred
- Previous freight brokerage experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers
- Committed to executional and outstanding customer service
- Able to persuade, motivate, influence and negotiate with others
- Able to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
- Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment
