Job Summary
Provide first point of contact support for customers, resolving issues and ensuring positive interactions. Balance conflicting priorities while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining attention to detail. Utilize multiple systems to manage administrative tasks and provide first point resolution in a fast-paced team environment. Work in Maroochydore (Hybrid) with a minimum of three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using multiple systems and managing administrative tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and desire to contribute
- Must be based in Maroochydore office for a minimum of three days a week
