Customer Operations Manager

Job Summary
Coordinate operational requirements across key customers, monitoring order flow, allocations, backorders, and delivery schedules to drive timely resolution. Own operational readiness for SKU, GTIN, carton quantity, and ranging data while leading inventory rework, repacking, and case-count initiatives. Review demand and stock patterns to identify service risks, partnering with Supply Planning to align forecasts and replenishment priorities. Maintain wholesaler scorecards covering service, backorders, claims, and deductions while leading root-cause analysis for recurring failures. Use data insights to challenge existing fulfilment models and support improvements to S&OP, lead times, and delivery schedules. Maintain clear SOPs and audit-ready records while driving continuous improvement across wholesaler operations. Based in Sydney CBD, this 12-month contract role connects wholesale customers with internal teams to strengthen supply chain performance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong wholesaler or customer operations experience
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end order-to-delivery process
- Sound knowledge of inventory, warehouse operations and supply chain
- International supply chain exposure
