Job Summary
Customer Operations Manager to lead the store’s omni sales experience and customer service, develop and motivate a high-performing team, analyze sales performance to meet strategic priorities and profitability targets, drive omni-sales programs with technology-enabled solutions, plan national and local events, manage inventory and store operations, and ensure health and safety compliance while fostering a customer-centric culture. The role emphasizes coaching, employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration, merchandising insights, and leveraging data to improve store performance. Bilingual (French/English) ability is required for Quebec locations, with in-person operations in Nepean, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent job experience
- 2-3 years of management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Quebec
