Job Summary
Lead a team of Account Representatives responsible for customer account support, order entry and execution, and sales support activities; coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, operations, logistics, and supply chain to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and seamless order execution; drive adoption and effective use of ERP and CRM tools to improve visibility, workflow consistency, reporting, and customer communication; support commercial objectives by strengthening customer relationships, improving responsiveness, and driving customer preference for the brand; ensure adherence to policies and processes; requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience and proven leadership in customer-focused roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership experience within customer support, account management, inside sales, sales operations, or commercial operations
- Strong understanding of order management, operational workflows, and cross-functional coordination within a B2B environment
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience driving process improvements and standardization efforts
