Customer Operations Executive

Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact between Vestech Energy and clients after project handover. Manage project communication, client management, and reporting; drive customer experience and satisfaction through regular updates, surveys, and feedback analysis. Support cross-functional operations, maintain accurate documentation and records, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks. Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Engineering field is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
- Capable of working independently and autonomously, while handling multiple tasks
