Job Summary
Resolve incidents and problems within Sectra systems at hospitals and care institutions while acting as a customer-focused point of contact for healthcare professionals. Communicate via phone, Teams, and ticketing tools to provide clear, efficient support, and actively monitor client systems to signal and prevent issues early. Conduct risk analyses prioritizing patient safety and contribute to improving products, monitoring tools, and support processes. Document technical solutions to preserve knowledge and collaborate with international colleagues to deepen understanding of the underlying PACS/VNA infrastructure. Work 32-40 hours per week on a fixed-term contract with flexible hours, including on-call duties outside office hours.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (in bijvoorbeeld Medische Informatiekunde, Informatica, Biomedical Engineering, Technical Medicine/Technische Geneeskunde).
- Professionele communicatie in het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Sterk analytisch vermogen, je bent in staat complexe technische vraagstukken te analyseren en hier oplossingen voor te vinden.
- Leergierigheid, je vindt het leuk om snel nieuwe kennis op te doen, toe te passen en je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.
- Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en vasthoudendheid.
- Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt hierbij een pragmatische insteek.
- Veranderbereidheid en flexibiliteit, je staat open voor veranderingen in processen, technologieën en je kan je snel aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.
- Gericht op samenwerking en ondersteuning van klanten en collega's.
- Bereidheid om soms buiten kantoortijd telefoondienst te draaien (tegen vergoeding).

Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring hebt binnen de medische IT of specifiek met (het beheer van) PACS/VNA systemen.
