Customer Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person. Prepare, review, and process customer quotes and sales orders while verifying accuracy for pricing, quantities, and specifications. Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure requirements are accurately translated into manufacturable solutions. Maintain accurate customer and order information within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP and monitor open orders to proactively resolve delivery issues. Manage order revisions, cancellations, returns, and payment processing while keeping customers informed throughout the order lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Customer Operations, Customer Success, Account Coordination, Order Management, Customer Service (B2B), Sales Support, Manufacturing Customer Support, Client Services
- Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems in a professional environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- US work authorization

Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, medical device, electronics, or engineered products
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, NetSuite, Infor, etc.)
- Experience supporting customized or engineered-to-order products
- Criminal background check
