Job Summary

Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone while troubleshooting order issues, delivery concerns, and returns. Maintain accurate interaction records in support platforms like Gorgias and Shopify, then collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for pre-purchase and post-purchase needs. Document weekly, monthly, and quarterly return reports and trends to assist with monitoring KPIs and ensuring timely exchange processing. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and fulfillment operations. This part-time, temp-to-perm role averages 20 hours weekly, with flexibility to increase hours during the November and December holiday peak.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of demonstrated customer service experience in a client facing or e-commerce support role
  • Demonstrated strong written communication skills
  • Excel and Google Sheet experience
  • A knack for brand voice consistency
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and key holidays throughout November and December
  • Willingness to increase availability during peak business periods when additional support is needed
  • Experience with customer service platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with processing returns and exchanges in an e-commerce environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to quickly learn new technology and systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks while collaborating across departments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing a high volume of customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • A reliable computer with up-to-date software
  • Strong and stable Wi-Fi connection
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience within fashion, luxury retail, apparel, or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), returns platforms, or shipping/logistics software
