Job Summary
Coordinate activities of import and/or export shipments globally by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring KPI targets are met. Provide back-up coverage, assist with claims, incident and accident reporting, and support timely communications and follow-ups on operational issues. Manage business reports and processes (e.g., exceptions, follow-ups, un-invoiced items, demurrage), and handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable while communicating any additional costs for imports/exports. Bring working knowledge of ADR and IMDG regulations with essential MS Office skills; prior experience in international transportation or logistics is preferred; strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are required.
