Job Summary
Onboard and support clients on trade surveillance software platforms, partnering with customer-facing teams and engineering to train users via email and in-person sessions. Interrogate large volumes of client data using SQL analytics to resolve critical issues and advise on technical system usage. Own technical projects implementing new asset classes, enabling metrics, and updating existing code while collaborating across teams to manage dependencies through JIRA. Drive internal migrations and process improvements as the client base scales, learning the company's bespoke development language to sharpen your technical toolkit.
Required Qualifications
- STEM degree
- Relevant experience in a financial setting
- Proficiency in SQL
- Solid grasp of one or more asset classes: Fixed Income, Credit, Equity or Commodities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven client-facing experience
- Proactive, self-motivated and hungry to learn in a collaborative environment
Desired Qualifications
- Genuine interest in financial markets; knowledge of market abuse desirable
- Claude experience
