Job Summary
Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Keep systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information while streamlining workflows to meet daily objectives. Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment and step in to support various operational projects as they arise. This part-time role requires flexibility for dynamic schedules including weekends and holidays, with a proven track record of reliable attendance. The US hourly rate is $19.00 plus benefits. You will need experience in fast-paced environments, familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and the physical ability to stand, walk frequently, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
