Manage operational workflows by qualifying interventions, ordering services, and scheduling artisan visits while creating work orders and maintaining dashboard organization. Track intervention processing, verify service quality across cleaning and move-in/out checks, and formalize feedback loops. Coordinate key logistics via Keynest, monitor inventory across Barbusse, Louis, Chaligny, and Douai sites, and handle technical tickets in Zendesk. Resolve operational emergencies with external vendors and source new partner relationships. Monitor billing operations related to residential activities.
