Job Summary
Technical Architect for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) configuration leading the translation of solution designs into structured OTM configuration work packages, and guiding execution to ensure scalable, compliant deployments aligned with Kuehne+Nagel standards. Acts as the main interface for coordinating Configuration Specialists and subcontractors, reviews configuration outputs with internal and external teams, and collaborates with Solution Leads, Engineers, and Testing teams to ensure end-to-end readiness and timely delivery in onboarding projects. Drives continuous improvement of templates, tools, and configuration processes while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with OTM configuration (10+ preferred)
- Experience in TMS implementations or logistics system configuration
- Strong understanding of transport processes, order management, and system integrations
- Experience coordinating or leading technical/configuration teams (internal and external)
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical stakeholders and customers
